Toolkits

Preparing the dialysis probe  for the installation in a bioreactor requires some operations such as exchange of membrane, flushing the probe and connection of tubeset. In order to provide all necessary tools each dialysis probe  is shipped with an installation kit which can also be ordered separately as a replacement.

The installation kit contains the following parts:

• Adapter UNF-Luer male
• Adapter UNF-Luer female
• Syringe 5 ml
• Autoclave loop    
• O-ring
• Sliding ring, white
• Torx screw driver

Preparing the bypass module  for the installation at the bioreactor requires some operations such as exchange of the membrane, mounting the tubing adapter and connection of the tubing set. In order to provide all necessary tools each bypass module is shipped with an installation kit which can also be ordered separately as a replacement.

The installation kit contains the following parts:

• Syringe 5 ml
• Adapter UNF-LUER male
• Adapter UNF-LUER female
• Allen key
• 2 O-rings (small)
• O-ring (large) – only for bypass module stainless steel
• Autoclave-loop
