The At-Line Solution for Bioprocess Analysis
The analysis of nutrient and metabolite concentrations is essential during cell cultivations and fermentations. Accurate, fast and real time measurements guarantee the best control and therefore help increase production capacities and lower running costs.
In many laboratories off line analysis is part of the daily routine, but sometimes a source of incorrect results caused by a time lag between sampling and measurement.
Now TRACE Analytics introduces a new solution for affordable bioprocess control: PicoTRACE - At-line analysis on the spot! The idea is simple and effective: Keep the instrument small and bring it to the location where it is needed!
PicoTRACE fulfills all requirements for analysis directly at the bioreactor: An adequate and high quality system, light and battery operated to carry it wherever it is needed. The operator gets results in less than one minute after sampling! PicoTRACE is the perfect solution for all bioprocess control purposes, that dont need a continuous on-line analysis.
The handling is as easy as possible: Just take a sample out of the bioreactor, remove cells if necessary, put an aliquot into a small test tube and insert it into PicoTRACE. After pressing the button "menue" the measurement starts! Calibrations, measurements and cleaning cycles will be done automatically. |
